Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased at www.buddshirts.pro you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt of items. Please visit: https://returnsportal.shop/budd-shirtmakers-ltd
Items must be returned in their original condition — ie. unworn, unwashed and in a saleable condition.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on Underwear, Socks and Swimwear that have been removed from their original packaging.

Once received we will notify you of receipt and process a refund. Please allow a few days for any funds due to appear in your account.
Sale items are exchange only. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We are unable to refund or exchange items that are not accompanied with either an invoice or delivery note.
How to return items
Please enclose a copy of the invoice/delivery note and a short note detailing the reason for return. Please provide a phone number just in case we have any questions.
